SERIOUS self-restraint to not eat the whole lot on arrival home, wolfed it down - left the "tricky bits" like the neck and finnickity bone/tendon heavy pieces for later as I then had to wash my hands to handle chopsticks and spoon for the wonton noodle soup before it got cold! Yes, I know I am spoilt!
